- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive with pool service companies that carry licenses and Health Department license. Unfortunately, there are a lot of pool service individuals, that do not carry those licenses and do the work a lot cheaper. However you can be doing harm to your pool and harm to your family or anybody that swims in the pool or Spa. Which is just not worth saving 20 to 30 dollars a month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet new customers and look at the pool or Spa before we start service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I'm a second-generation pool technician and I do carry a license and a health department license.
