- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a service call fee of $250, thereafter an hourly rate of $125. I do provide free estimates for bigger projects
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want them to know I can be trusted and I stand behind all my work. I do this by financing the start of the project. This way they can see the quality of my work and feel comfortable that there getting what they pay for.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's pretty much been a family trait. My grandfather and father were both in the construction field. I've been involved and around it my entire life. Licensed 20years now prior to that 6+ years with and another local based electrical company.
