- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My estimates come in two hour, half day, and full day formats at my hourly rate, and does not include the cost of parts, materials or consumables. Running for parts not expected or provided by the client are billable hours. Discounts are available for public service employees - educators, fire, police, EMS, armed forces, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The same as any customer! Full scope of work, written and signed estimates before any work begins - and lots of discussion to ensure the client gets exactly what they are imagining.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I cut my teeth in residential remodel, from framing all the way to tile.
