- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to quote about $10 or more LESS than my competition. Depending on services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts me with a description of what the issue with their device is and I quote them what the job will be. I do require a 50% deposit for the parts aspect. I take major credit cards, bit coins and of course cash.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to be honest here and say I learned what I know from curiosity which lead me to hands on experience. As well as watching others.
