- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are full service. There are no "hidden fees" nor are there any "gotcha" schemes. If there needs to be a change, I am very upfront about it, and notification is as soon as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we do a tax orientation, to make sure I understand all of the issues. Once that happens, I then set the client up with an online portal, so they can send me all documents securely, and privately. Customer safety is a primary focus. Tax returns are delivered electronically, or they can be mailed out to the client for a small fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Science in Taxation, a second Masters in Accountancy and a third Masters in Business Administration (MBA). All of my degrees come from highly regarded schools.
