Joseph did a great job. I had a few small projects for him and was thrilled w his work and his prices. He replaced my garbage disposal, patched up a hole in the wall and painted two rooms. Lucky to have found him! It all came out great!

I'd been "stood up" by my lawn and handy man going on a month and was down to the wire in getting shutters painted, drapery rods put up, an air conditioner installed, several cabinet softeners replaced and my front lawn mowed before house guests arrived at the end of the week. I listed on Thumbtack on Tuesday. Joe responded immediately. He arrived after work, was extremely conscientious and completed everything to perfection in one visit! He was very accommodating and professional. He even offered to come back and cut the grass again if I needed it. I will definitely call on Joe again.

Joe responded to my request with a quote that was reasonable. He was quick to answer my return call and came to assist me the day of the request. He arrived on time and solved my problem. I had an AC window unit that was leaking. Joe took it out, reinstalled it, securing it and solving the drainage problem. He was courteous and efficient and he cleaned up the area he worked in. As he left he told me that if the repair and re-installation he had done did not work, to call him and he would come back and work on it again. I will call him again if I have something that needs attention.

    My typical process is to see what the customer needs done to see if I can do it or not and to make it a pleasant experience all around.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been doing carpentry,demo,and a lot of other handy man stuff for the past ten years.i have Osha 30 training safety card for the construction industry along with hydraulic licenses to run equipment I was also in the carpenters Union for 5 years but decided to go into the laborer a union because of better benefits and financial reasons.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I demoed a three family house down to the studs this job took about 3 weeks.
