I hired Custom Weddings by Angelique for my wedding and the service that she provided was extraordinary. From the moment my husband and I met her when knew she was the one. We had met with several other planners and their personalities were dull and not appealing. Angelique was very hands on and she catered to our needs. She listed to what we wanted and she did an excellent job. She had excellent vendors who were very professional and affordable. I would definitely recommend her.

I gave one star because it's the only way to write a review but it deserves no star. She didn't do my flowers and didn't even have the decency to tell me she wasn't making them even though she had enough time to tell me she wouldn't do it. Now I am stuck with no flowers for my wedding tomorrow.

Hi Chi, When I originally spoke with you and you stated to me that you wanted me to do your wedding bouquet flowers, I advised you of my price and you did not agree to it. At that point I stated to you that I would not be able to provide you the services. I find this review to be false because you never hired me for the job. I have also contacted you on behalf of this review and you have not responded to me. As a professional wedding planner/ designer this is not how I run and operate my business. Had I been hired for the job then I would have made sure that your flowers were completed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 3 packages to my customers as well as an add on item. My packages are tailored towards my customers budget and the size of the wedding. One of my main goals is O never want a couple to feel that their dream wedding can't be accomplished because of a financial barrier. the
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to schedule a phone consultation with a potential client just so that I can get a general idea the type of wedding the client may want. After that I like to schedule a face to face consultation free of charge and I will go over all of the services that I will provide for the wedding and discuss my pricing. At this point I will have my client sign a contract and then my creativity kicks in and the planning process begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certfied wedding planner through the Association of Bridal Consultants.
