As many multitasking individuals deal with daily stresses of careers, traffic and deadlines, I hope to offer an opportunity to relax, reflect and find bliss in a chaotic world.

I gave yoga a try in my early college years, then again in my mid-20s, I, however, found myself too impatient to fully recognize and be mindful of all the benefits the practice of yoga and meditation provides.
After having my first child, I found yoga as a way to release stress, shed baby weight and feel fit without lifting weights.
Little did I know that I would find limitless bliss with the practice of yoga!
Yoga connects the mind to the body and offers this in a judgement and competitive free way.
