- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive with pricing. Unlike some companies who just throw a price out front then make their living on "Change Orders," we are very transparent with our pricing. We prefer to see and assess the project before providing the price. We believe that it's better to understand the customer's full vision and then set the price according to the work that will be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we meet with the customer to assess the job site and capture the customer's vision. We then discuss the project in detail so there is no miscommunication between us. We return to our office and provide a detailed proposal encouraging the customer look closely at it as it will contain everything we discussed. After the proposal is approved, we brief our crew thoroughly and go out with them to the job site on the first day to go over the project before they get started. We then followup with phone calls, progress photos and site visits until the project is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the remodeling business for 15 years. My business partner Gregory has been in the remodeling business for 20 years. Together we have a lot of experience between us. We are members of NARI, Dallas Builder's Association, and the Better Business Bureau.
