Matt saved the day. No. He saved the whole weekend. Our festival needed a graphic designer who could work fast with an artistic director in a panic. He not only knew exactly what I wanted and delivered, he had great ideas to execute faster and cheaper (which are always important, too). I have learned over the years that the most important trait in a graphic designer is ability to understand a client who doesn't know the language of graphic design. Well, Matt is someone who can hear me and explain to me. It's the best feeling in the world to be understood and see it in the final product.
