From the very beginning Monday was very receptive and answered all my questions. He was on time to his appointment. We did have an issue in which we asked him to come back and asses our gas wall oven one more time and he did come back and helped us out without hesitation. I feel relief after a period of looking for a pro that can install my TV for me and assemble my furniture. This great guys helped with 24 hours of posting the job, and were able to assembled my furniture set and install my TV. I almost doubt their work but while I take a close look they were expect. I have hired handymen from time to time to maintain my rental properties to do different work. His price is somehow above average for a typical sheetrock repair. But that is fine since he has told me the price before he started the work, and I have accepted the price and hired him to do the work. The repair result is disappointing unfortunately. The paint he has got did not match my old paint at all. He probably has used a piece cut from the wall that is damaged by water spilled from a loosed faucet, and brought that piece to paint store to match the color. I told him I did not ask for a perfect match as nobody can do it and also it was not necessary. When asked if he can go back to repaint the area with a right paint that has the color code I got while I touched my house before, he rejected and or I pay $80 for him to do that. His reason is he has told me beforehand the result will not be a perfect match. But this kind of obvious mismatch is not what I expected. This is our second dishonest review and we regret that you were not satisfied with the painting. Although you were told that the color matching will not look exact and our Pro ask for the actual color code but you authorized color match instead. After 18 days, customer found the actual color code and demanded that our Pro must returned to correct the color painting and our pro will be responsible for cost of paint. Customer threatened with review that if our pro failed to buy the paint and returned he will leave a horrible review for our company. Our pro told him to purchase the paint and will return to paint for FREE. The $80 mentioned was for additional task that was not included in the original. We are honest company and always desire to satisfy our customers but unfortunately, we cannot please everybody and that is just Truth about life.
