- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, each package is customized to fit the client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to do a chemistry call to get an idea of the services you need and found out your goals. After that we schedule an in person consultation at an hourly rate (the fee is deducted from your total package cost). A custom package is developed and contracts completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the event planning business literally all of my life. I started out in the business because of my mother who is a supreme event planner, coordinator, and designer. I continued planning events in college and after graduation. I have a unique eye and skill level.
