- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing runs the gamut. I provide high quality services and photo products, but my goal is also to be accessible, so I'm happy to talk through the various products and packages I offer so we can find the solution that works best for you - so you can spend less time worrying and more time enjoying your session with your furkid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of the best parts of my job is getting to know my clients. We'll start out with a phone consultation so I can get acquainted with your story, your wants, and your needs. If we decide to move forward, I'll set up a planning session, so we can get into the details of what your session will look like - setting, props, etc. Finally, before your session, we'll set up a few minutes so I can meet your furkid, so that when we arrive to you session, it's more like friends meeting around a camera than a stressful photoshoot.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
One of the other amazing things about my job is the types of people (and pets!) I have the pleasure of meeting. Whether it be a stay-at-home mom excited about her doodle puppy, an empty-nester who cherishes his older furkid, or a young couple thrilled with their new furry family member, the one common thread is an intense love of animals - and that's something I enjoy sharing beyond words.
