I had a great experience with the team at Catalyst Fit. I had Jennifer take me through the whole process of testing and getting started and then Jesse was great as my trainer. It was good to go in and get started back on the right track. I stay in decent shape, but was ready to get back in the gym and start lifting weights again. This was the perfect solution as I started out by getting my testing done and having a baseline to go off of. No more guessing how much I need to eat each day to reach my goals and the monthly testing to show that I was actually gaining muscle and losing fat even though the scale didn't always show it. Once my testing was done, I came in to see Jesse once a week to get put through a workout. He does an excellent job of explaining each movement and then making sure that you are doing the reps perfect. The last thing you want is to get injured doing the moves the wrong way. He set me up with a complete take home workout routine, so that I could continue my progress at my gym once he was confident I could perform the moves correctly. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend their services.
