We hired Spectrum to clean carpets and a sectional/love chair in our home. We've had terrible experiences with carpet cleaning companies in the past and were hoping to find someone new who could actually live up to what they claim they can do. Spectrum is legit!!! We had such a pleasant experience from the very first time we called them to the time they finished the job and followed up with us the next day. Their customer service is amazing and their work is as equally amazing! No high pressured sales or devious tactics- the price was exactly what they told us it would be. Shaun is great! So polite and personable and funny! He did an excellent job tackling the carpets and furniture and he didn't miss a single corner or detail (believe me, we went back and checked). He even took the extra time to hit an area rug for us that our dog had peed on the night before. Our carpets and furniture look and smell great! We will definitely be hiring Spectrum for our future carpet cleaning needs and we're also recommending him to a number of our friends, family, and neighbors. You won't be disappointed!

We were absolutely blown away witn the INCREDIBLE service and clean carpets we received from Spectrum...Shaun, the owner, not only cleaned our carpets himself he also called us himself the next day to make sure we were satisfied with everything!!! His service was simply over-the-top and we have passed his name on to many people here in our Wellesley neighborhood. I highly recommend him and his company. The carpets look great and his truck and machinery were both spotless. ( That's a big deal when you're selecting a carpet cleaning company). I'm so happy to recommend them to any homeowner or commercial building as well. They're cleaning and service is beyond amazing....no need to check with others... after you speak with Sean you will want to book him immediately. I'm even trying to get him to go to Maryland to do the homes of my sisters. I strongly recommend them!!!!! Thanks for having them on your website that was a blessing to find them so quickly !! We've used cleaning services for our carpets before and had an okay experience. We decided to try Thumbtack and found Spectrum and we're so glad we found him.
They were able to come short notice. Extremely responsive on emails and phone.
When Shaun showed up a few minutes early to the scheduled time. His van looked really new and clean as well. He walked me through the entire process and had a great personality. The kids loved him.
The work he did was awesome. We had our sofa cleaned that had been punished by our two kids and when he was done it looked amazing. Carpets looked great and and he even gave suggestions on maintaining. After the work was done he followed up the next day to make sure were happy and didn't have any questions. We initially only had him do a couple of rooms and the sofa but will have him back to do some more.
Highly recommend and will recommend to all my friends and family.

Awesome work. These guys showed up on time and cleaned my entire house in about a hour. Not only was it on time and quick service, but the cleaning was awesome. My carpet looked great and smelled even better. I'll definitely use these guy again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning service.
