FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Removing wildlife properly and ensuring you have no further issues is an involved, multi-step process. No corners can be cut. We stand by our work and offer warranties on all exclusions. We will provide the best experience and value for your dollar, guaranteed. Quality always costs less in the long run. If someone offers to handle wildlife issues for you at a seemingly ridiculous cost, they most likely are not certified or licensed to actually do the work. If they are, yet still offer the same services at such a low cost, the quality would be highly questionable. Do your diligence and feel good about whatever company you choose, but do expect to pay accordingly for quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will start off with a thorough inspection of the property/areas to be addressed. Once completed, we can then move forward with pricing, scheduling and an overall plan for remediation/treatment. Most jobs can be completed in a few days, but depending upon weather, species, trapping, etc., jobs can sometimes take up to 14 days. With the exception of larger jobs, payment is taken before work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS Degree in Environment and Human Society, Wildlife Concentration. Wildlife and Animal Control certified. Pest Control and Commercial Applicator's license. Certified Field Trainer. Thumbtack does not grant me the ability to list some of these credentials on their licensing page.
