- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our prices are all inclusive and from time to time we do offer seasonal-promotional and first time customer discounts! Feel free to ask us about this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a quote and information tailored to the exact request of the customer. Then we send a contract to be signed and then we show up at your event an hour on time to get set up and ready. We are always very punctual!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are event connoisseurs and have worked a lot with corporate and personal event planners.
