We are very competitive and keep our overhead low, so we can pass the savings on to you. We offer discounts to our active military families, and single parent homes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding your needs by listening to you, and also by showing you areas of concerns so that you are proactive in resolving future issues and less reactive to later problems that could have been avoided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 18 years in this field, I have seen and resolved thousands of issues for home owners, tenants, apartment properties, hotels, restaurants, and hundred's of commercial buildings throughout the Sacramento region. Over the past 20 years I have attended well over 500 hundred hours of class/seminar, educational trainings from Seattle to Las Vegas.
