Weeds were never cut short enough because he did not have the right equipment. Unprepared finished too fast.

all I did was what the customer asked me to do which was weed whack the weeds and after I finished I asked if it was done to the liking of the customer and was told yes and they would have me out once a month to keep the weeds down I also gave them many options on how to deal with the weeds I was unaware the customer was unsatisfied or I would have stayed as long as needed to make them happy. So if you ask me to weed whack I'm bringing a weed whacker!!
