- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Brief interview via email or phone to get a basic idea of the customer's needs. 2. After reserving the date, a more in-depth discussion will occur where we will offer creative ideas to customize our service to your needs. 3. We arrive at your event prepared and ready to go with your needs and the needs of your guests the most important thing. 4. You reflect on what a great decision you made in choosing CELEBRATIONS!
