Introduction: The Country Mutt Dog & Cat Grooming has been under new ownership since December 2012 and in Business since at least 1990. We are low cost and have less waiting time. We ONLY USE All natural Shampoos and Flea/Tick Products and offer full service dog & cat grooms, Bath & Brushes to just nail trims and anal glands. Even if you just want a or 2 knot cut/shaved or brushed out, or even ears cleaned. We can help and we do it all! We value each an every Client and your pets as if our own. New Owner Casey Strickland has 10+ Years experience in grooming bathing handing health & safety and is Certified in all breed Dog Grooming & Cats. Casey has attended and traveled to many grooming Seminars, Shows and Classes to educate herself and staff on all the latest styles, tricks and handling to Safety Health and even emergency situations such as seizures, heat stroke, CPR and ext. Her level of skills, compassion, care and kindness, but overall her Love and passion for Grooming and animals shines and shows. You will always feel welcomed and in the best care at the right price At The Country Mutt, We value each an every Client and theyre pets as if our own. Youre Pets happiness and care is most important to us and want everyone leaving with a wagging tail and looking they're best but also happy to come back! We specialize in ALL dogs from first time pups & kittens to hyper youngsters, jumpy, snappy and yappy to older grumpier, sore, scared and nervous and even aggressive dogs. (Sorry NO Grumpy Kittys) We ONLY use positive reinforcement and praise, Love and Compassion to table train and get them use to everything and insure his/her coat health, happiness Safety and of course trust is maintained and gained in progress. We also DO NOT like to keep youre pets in crates all day to insure happiness and keep anxiety down, our turn around time is usualy 1-2 hours by appointment only and depending on age & difficulty 3-4 hours. We expect all pet parents to be available for pick up around finish time. Any rush outs or late pick ups need to advise a staff member before drop off. We cant wait to meet you and youre pets!
