I have worked with Tim for about a year and he is an excellent trainer. I would not hesitate to recommend him. He is very knowledgeable about the science regarding physical fitness and is also good with rehab. I have had knee and shoulder problems, and he has helped me on my road to being pain free. He knows how to tailor workouts when injured so as not to cause pain while still maintaining strength and fitness goals. I have learned quite a bit in my year of training with Tim and he gym where Tim provides training is an awesome environment to work out in.

I highly recommended Tim to as any one's personal trainer! I was trained with him since September he is able to train from beginner to intermediate. He advised me with with nutrition also . Tim is very encouraging and in moving to ward accomplishing to my goals.

My training is set up by session packages: I have a monthly unlimited amount of session, 24 pack ( most popular) 2 months 3x a week, 12 pack- 1 month 3x a week, 8pk - 1 month 2x a week. 3 pk.- 1 and custom online training
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet! Then we find out your goals, Next we figure out where you are in achieving those goals, And we see what it's gonna take to get you there! Like I said simple
