- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder, Christinne, has been in the food and beverage industry for almost 30 years. Christinne has opened and managed restaurants from casual to fine dining. She developed a passion for catering when she worked for the Special Events Catering Department at the Los Angeles STAPLES Center. Since then she has directed the catering service for venues such as the LA Coliseum and the Pasadena Rose Bowl. Christinne has a clientele that has stayed with her through many years due to her dedication and hard work in making sure they and all their guests leave the event happy with the quality of food and service we provide.
