- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are pricing is fair and on the level. No frills added. Customers are encouraged and guide in what materials to purchase in order to save money. We have a referral customer service plan that equals huge discounts to those that refer clients to our company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Finding out the customers specific needs and preparing estimate. 2.) Estimate time of completion to fulfil customer needs. 3.) Have materials purchased and delivery arranged to work site. 4.) Prep area for work and insure there are no safety issues needing to be addressed. 5.) Begin work, (inspecting for quality and verifying customer satisfaction throughout the process until complete.) 6.) Congratulate home owner on a job well done after process is finish and all work has been completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We of DLT Construction take education seriously. With varied tolerances and ever changing OSHA standards, we as a construction company must stay up to date with the latest in our industry as far as training and education are concerned.
