- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As mentioned earlier, we are not the least nor the most expensive painters in the business. We believe in doing exceptional work on every one of our projects and we're proud to say that we do it efficiently and effectively. With over 30 years of experience on our team, you can rest assured that your project will be done right, just the way you like it. Your satisfaction is very important to us because our work is a reflection of our brand and what we stand for. We're proud to say that we're a family owned locally operated business based in Riverside, Ca and love to remind everyone that education is one of our passions. We regularly give back to local elementary schools because we know our kids need all the help they can get. Third grade is the time in a child's life where they stop learning to read and start reading to learn. If they don't accomplish that task by the third grade, the likelihood of them living a more challenging life increases. So in a small way, we like to say that here at LSJ Painting, we're helping paint a happy future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, before we start working with a new customer, we like to clearly identify what your goals are for the project. This is important because it gives us the ability to get a good understanding of what you want to accomplish within your set budget. If for whatever reason your goals don't match your budget, we'll help you come up with a plan to reach your goal in a set of defined steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 30 years of painting experience within the commercial and residential fields. From painting large commercial buildings, hospitals, elementary schools to painting homes of all shapes and sizes, we do it all. In addition, we have an award-winning marketing team that brings over 20 years of experience working within the sports advertising field. Not only did they come up with the look of our brand, but they've helped us define who we are and what we're all about. As a company, it's important to know in which direction we're heading. And as a brand, knowing our identity is key to standing by our work.
