What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat rate pricing model for lawn care based on lot size. 0-.25 acre, .26-.5 acre, .51-.75 acre, .76-1acre etc.. We offer 20% discount for weekly customer and 15% discount for every other week customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer any and all questions the potential customer may have. From there, we setup an account for the customer that will allow scheduling, bill payments and any other general support the customer may have.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've loved mowing ever since I was in elementary school.
