- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a full time Realtor with over a decade in the residential real estate market in and around Roanoke Virginia. I have been active in the sale and purchase of owner occupied homes, foreclosed residences, estate properties, short sales and investment properties. I am an active real estate investor and property manager.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for a person or family who is interested in selling a home is to meet with them, discuss their goals, tour the property and then discuss marketing and pricing. The typical process for a person or family interested in buying a home is to have a home buyer counseling session where we discuss their goals, wants and needs. Then we discuss the home buying experience and I educate them as to what to expect through the process and best prepare them for the experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have achieved the Certified Residential Specialist Designation from the National Association of Realtors. I am a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure resource. I am active on the local Real Estate Board and currently am a member of the Education Committee and a Director on the Board of Directors. I continue to take classes to keep myself abreast of the current and upcoming technologies and marketing opportunities. I am a member of the Tom Ferry Real Estate Coaching program.
