- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is highly competitive compared to local business & competition. While most others upcharge products & materials, I use a great contractors discount and that's exactly what the customer pays as well, never more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I present a few options of communication at first and like to meet with my customers in person to examine the work that needs to be done, nothing too different from most. Something that largely sets myself apart from others is I sell myself on charisma & personality and follow it up with professional quality work. For me it's all about the customer's needs, not my own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for 8 different people/companies through my 20's to gain experience from each different trade I set out on thus giving me a solid base for developing techniques through each trade. Some of the companies had schooling or training I took advantage of before moving on to the next trade.
