FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices subject to vary based on appropriate evaluation and services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no better way in working with and building a positive relationship with a new client than the first confidential client consultation appointment. Prior to meeting, I would like each client to see his/her physician to make sure they are cleared to start or increase the intensity of an exercise program. I would like to make sure we have clearance and not at risk for health reasons. I request open and honest answers as we move forward in the screening process and toward achieving the client's goal.

Worked as a certified Track and Field coach on the Division I, II and III levels with tremendous success and program development. Worked with the elderly, young adults and teens on rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. Served as a volunteer youth coach for kids and youth ages 3-21.
