It's based on the needs of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to build relationships with my customers -- why take business from someone that you or you and your family don't feel comfortable with? Then, we discuss what it is that they want. Clients should not only feel that they've chosen a photographer that they can relate to, but also someone that they feel good about approaching with specific requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a graphic design and video production course in college and 2 photography classes with award-winning photographers right here in Rochester.
