Mike Healy of Celtic Excavation was wonderful to work with. He was patient, thorough and accommodated all the curve balls that the City of Rochester threw at us doing a construction I had to do for the house due to the 2017 Wind Storm. It was sheer delight working with him and I'm glad my neighbor introduced us.

We had a sidewalk installed by Mike and was throughly impressed with his workmanship; He even carried out all of the excavation work. Unlike other contractors we have worked with, Mike completed the job in a desirable timeframe, he kept the lines of communication open, and helped us feel informed about the details of the job. Overall we would rate him as very high on loyalty and precision!
