Jose is a good guy and took his time to do quality work. Highly would reccomendJul 17, 2018Verified
We were interested in crown molding to help enhance and enlighten a brown wall. These professionals came out quick, offered competitive pricing and hand bandwidth to squeeze me in the same day. The craftsmanship is second to none with the crew making the required precision cuts right on my deck. I’m grateful for finding them and lining up other projects in the near future.Apr 7, 2018Verified
We had molding installed throughout our house and couldn't be more pleased with the value, process or outcome. I've hired several times through Thumbtack and have been overall pleased. G and I builders, though, have been the best by far. They worked efficiently, starting in the morning and finishing by the afternoon, while still doing quality work. They even noticed a loose hanging curtain, bought better anchors and made the repair- for no extra charge. We were sure to snag an appointment for them to come back and do more work next weekend before they even left the house!Feb 10, 2018Verified
Jose exceeded my expectations in replacing my patio sliding door. I always worry about who's doing the work because I live out of state. I highly recommend and would refer Jose from G and I Builders to do any job big or small and feel confident with the end result Thanks again Jose I'll be in touch if I need any other work doneApr 29, 2017Verified
Needed a new front door installed and I knew it was way above my skill level. I received a few other quotes but there was something about José that stood out from the rest. He was the first to respond to my request and was at my house a little bit earlier than scheduled to get started. You could tell he was a master at his craft and exceeded my expectations. I've got a few other complicated projects in the future and will definitely call José again.Nov 26, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No I don't have any of that, as I told my son one.by the way he will be a civil engineer soon,I remember him asking me how much do you charge to do a job and a told him the basic rule is the cost of materials and need to know how long it's going to take you to get it done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? It's a very simple process I find customer that needs a service if I feel and able to perform the service on a competitive price I will try hard to get, ones we agree upon a the work will be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I went t college for a couple of years, but I couldn't finish up for financial reasons, that's the reason I started working on construction which I don't regret,I being doing good I am good on what I do I have over 30 yeas experience on carpentry, concrete, rebar and grading and general work related to construction.
