Introduction: In both my reiki and my coaching, I use a variety of intuitive, experiential, and technology-enabled tools and techniques to guide you in identifying and working through the underlying, often energetic or emotional, blocks to moving forward in your life. These can include reiki, shamanic journeying, and oracle card readings on my side of the engagement as well as meditation and relaxation instruction, various worksheets (homework!), and book or phone app recommendations for you. We go where we're guided with the goal of moving you along the path to personal growth and increased fulfillment.
My reiki sessions provide a healing pause in my clients' days. Because it's an intelligent energy, my role is simply to open a channel and allow it to work with your body and spirit to create supportive energetic healing wherever and however it's needed. Remote an in-person sessions are available.
My coaching sessions guide you in recognizing and using your own, innate power for personal development. Depending on your needs, we can focus on a specific goal or set of goals or work on developing your own, intuitive gifts -- or both, if that's your path.
