- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Website fees are split into two categories: Design and Hosting. Web Design: The website design is priced according the amount of pages, content, integrations, and time needed for design & development. Our fees start at $899 for a simple and basic blogs or portfolio-style websites, with (1) contact pages, (1) contact form or email capture, a domain name and SEO package to an completely custom, 10+ page website with e-Commerce integration starting at $2999. Web Hosting: We believe each client should own their own website and know how to manage the necessities. To do this, we assist them with setting up their own account through our Web Hosting Service, Squarespace, that is connected to the payment of their choice that they will manage for the entire life of their website, and then create a log-in for us to go in and finish design & set up. This gives the client complete ownership and control of the website long after we're gone so it can continue to grow with them. This cost varies between $16/month to $46/month. Want to save an extra $50? Allow us to add a signature bar at the footer of your website which states "Designed by Modern Clique, L.L.C." and we will take off $50 from your total. Please let us know before we begin the proposal process. Social Media Marketing: We specialize in social media marketing for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Blogging. We have plans to fit any budget, so don’t be shy and let us know what you’re looking for! Facebook & Pinterest Ad Costs: These costs are independent from our social media design & management. These are prices and budgets you set up & pay to Facebook or Pinterest based on how long you want your ad to run and how many people you want to reach (which we will gladly help you develop!) Graphic Design: Pricing starts at $199 and varies depending on the project. We like to start every graphic design task with a brief consultation to get to know you and your needs. Then we submit a design brief and proposal for you to review, and then we get started! We offer Logos, Business Cards, Letterheads, Rack Cards, Trifold Brochures, Full-Page Brochures, Posters, Banners, Social Media Ads/Posts, Wedding Invitations and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with an initial consultation either by filling out a short survey online or by phone, email, text, or live chat to get to know you and what it is we can do to help. Next, we'll send you a proposal with our Goals & Objectives, Time Frame, Scope of Services, Your Budget, and an Agreement to e-Sign. Finally, we'll get started and work closely with you to achieve your vision as well as provide any training or guides for how to use and update your website or social media platform long after we're gone so it can continue to grow with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team started in Social Media Marketing. & Graphic Design for businesses of all sizes. I started my website training developing simple Wordpress websites 7 years ago and have become a expert in Custom Squarespace Design for websites of any size and purpose. I have completed courses for Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hootsuite and HubSpot Inbound & Outbound Marketing Certifications and Work in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
