Jay Mackey says, "Jason came by and performed service which was requested by me due to upcoming extensive use for the summer. He was professional and answered all of my questions. He did a professional job. I would like it if he was able to come every time for any of my A/C repairs. An update on review. Technician had to come back today to fix and issue from yesterday. Not a big issue wiring not properly defined. Anyway Jake came out and fixed issue. He was professional and did an excellent job. So far it seems their technicians are professional and know what they are doing. I appreciate that. The only slight issue I had was Jake advised me of low capacitor reading. I asked to quote and he advised. I won't say the quote here and definitely wasn't Jakes fault. But the amount they charged was like 15 times the cost of the part. While I do agree they are a company and do need to make money I think sometimes there is gouging. I do think they are still a good business but I am going to go to utube university when capacitor fails. I will save a lot of money."See more

Tony arrived on time and did a thorough assessment of my problem. Turns out I didn’t have a leak but instead condensation from the AC. Since I had another plumbing issue, he assessed that problem and was able to repair it. He did a good job at explaining and showing what the issue was. Very satisfied with his work.

Had to replace my water heater and get some minor plumbing down also (switching the hot and cold around as well as stopping an active leak in master bathroom under sink). So amazing!!! The guy who came out was extremely hard working and listened to every concern I had and did a superb job with all the work. I had follow up questions and I got a response right away and explained things to me that I was not aware of. Extremely helpful too! The price was great compared to other estimates I got and considering the job I needed, I knew it was going to be a pretty penny. I did not feel it was overpriced or anything. Solid company! love them!
