I couldn't of ever asked for better, quick and professional services anywhere else and at such GREAT rate!! Johnny I can't thank you and Holly enough!! *** Texas weather is so crazy,,, and right when the wind decides to dance and blow very cold as temps dropped, through the night my central heat went out, my son wakes up sick to a cold house and just to know tomorrow gets colder..that's just stress n fear...~~well Johnny was able to come out on a same day call & srvc my needs before my bbys came hm from school and at that brought a portable heater to warm up my hm while he fixed what was needed since he new I had a sick child hm.. now that's very considerate of his part and says more than words can express.... God please keep this business rolling,, because good ppl deserve to be very successful at what they have heart in doing for others!!!! Once again,, thank you soooo sooo much!!****I def recomend for future services....

I broke my leg a few weeks ago and am in a fiberglass cast, so when my husband and I got home from church on Sunday to an AC that was runnng but not cooling our house, I was devastated. My husband and I tried a few tricks to try and cool it down, but nothing was working. Called Lyons AC and Heat at 8:30 this morning and was told someone would be to our home between 11 and 1. Zach called around 11 to let me know he was about 10 minutes away and had our AC repaired and cooling our house down within an hour of getting here. When the weather is in the triple digits and you're stuck in a cast, getting same day service was a life saver. Very professional, quick, and extremely reasonably priced. I'll be recommending Lyon's to everyone I know! Thank you again, Zach!!!

I have used Johnny Lyons AC Company. I only know him from his business, not personally. I will be the first to write a review that says he runs his business the way every one in Rockwall/Heath should be mandated to run their business by the city laws. They disclose over the phone that their is a service fee (I don't know how much : less than $100) to come to your home and diagnosis the problem. If you elect to decline the service the fee pays for the repair technicians time. If you elect to have the repair done the cost of the diagnosis is deducted from the service bill. Everything is in writing and signed by both parties before the diagnosis is initiated. I could list over a dozen companies in Rockwall that Atty off like this: "Oh it's gonna be $180" then they come to the door and ask for more than quoted. Carpet cleaning companies, Pool Service Companies, Florists, Landscapers, Painters, Interior Decorators .... Weekly service companies that never present a bill and then 4 weeks later they give you a bill that's doubled and you don't even know if they honestly came to your home. So Kudos to Johnny and his company and I know for a fact that he gives back to the community. They are truly business pillars of how a business should be operated in our community.

Zach came out for an issue we were having with our AC. It was flipping the breaker and we didn't know if it was an AC problem or electrical. He was honest when he told me he couldn't be sure either but recommended something he thought would help and improve long-term functioning of the unit anyway. So we went with his suggested and it has made such a difference. They were so nice and professional. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
