Our Buyers Services are covered. Our Seller services are discussed on case by case basis to make sure they maximize on their property value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to provide a phone consultation first, register our clients to receive free email alerts and then meet our clients to offer them the Premium Buyer or Seller package we offer. We also refer our Buyer clients to Premium Mortgage services according to their individual needs. We like to ensure that our clients are fully prepared to be successful in the Buying or Selling process. Our goal is for our clients to be very happy with the end results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We like to keep our buyers & Seller's well informed. We provide our Buyers and Sellers with a Premium Package of information that will prepare our clients with as much information as possible. By doing so we keep the process very smooth and enjoyable along the way.
