Introduction: I am creative and visual, and I know how to turn my styles into a reality. My education on latest trends, techniques and products is up to date. Also, I love working with hair and it shows in my work. I discovered my passion for hair at the age of 16 when I started working at a hair salon as a shampoo girl. Since day one I knew this was somethings I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Being able to create a hair style that will add confidence, enhance natural beauty, and make a person feel great is the best part of my job.

Laura has been my hair stylist for the past few years and was the obvious choice for my wedding. We had a practice appointment about 6 weeks out from the day and talked about some ideas. I brought in pictures to find out what would work best with my hair length and texture. Once I had selected the style/up-do, Laura went to work. She constantly asked for feedback and paused throughout the process making sure that I was happy with the style. We took pictures to use the day-of as reminders and guides. Laura was on time and ready to go the morning of the wedding. She met us at the hotel we were staying in and set up shop in the bathroom. She did up-dos for my bridesmaids, catering to both their hair types and individual sense of style. Each girl was very pleased with their hair and it was fantastic how efficient Laura was throughout the morning. I could not have been happier with my hair. I was the final one to have my hair done and it was exactly what I wanted. Similar to our practice run, she consistently checked-in with me to make sure that I was happy with the way things were going and the style over all. Working with her was a pleasure; my bridesmaids and I were all extremely happy with our different styles - and how well they stayed in place despite the crazy Chicago winds and intense dancing at the reception :)

I had Laura do my hair for my wedding along with my bridesmaids and Mother. Laura superceeded expectations! My hair was absolutely perfect for our special day and everyone that has their hair done was absolutely stunning! If I could do it again I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you for making my day perfect!

I am a licensed cosmetologist . I also take extra classes/training to learn new trends, techniques and styles.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 16 I got a job at a salon as a shampoo girl and just fell in love with the industry . It became my true passion.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Passion is the key. Hairdresser who truly loves doing hair is always on top of new styles and trends . Constantly educating herself . Putting her best work in every design.
