I have more than 15 years experience on PC, Mac, and Windows servers.
I give out recommendations to the customer to prevent such event from happening which will save customers time from unnecessary downtime.
I enjoy the most when the customer is relieved that their computer is fixed and it’s just a fraction of cost compared to other major companies that offer similar services. I also give out helpful recommendations for customer to prevent their computers getting infected in the future. So they will spend less time waiting for their computer gets repaired.

Pei was very good. He was patient with me while troubleshooting a software issue I had. It ended up that I was responsible for the problem but didn’t know it. He did not make me feel bad and instead said it happened to even IT guys. I was relieved. He is very reasonable as well. I would definitely use him again. Great experience.
