- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a meeting, preferably on site, to look over the job and answer all questions the customer may have. This way I can give a final written proposal on the job.

I have worked in residential construction for the past 15 years. Two years ago I decided to branch out on my own and start a company.
