I hired In-Joy to cater a birthday party. From the initial consultation to the day of the event, the customer service provided was outstanding. They were flexible with timing. The food was absolutely delicious. The green beans were above expectations!!! I would attach photos but the guests devoured it before I had the opportunity. Don’t skip the opportunity to In-Joy a delicious meal with superb customer service!!!

Chef Dena is an amazing human being. Very kind, professional, patient and understanding. She took the time to learn about our company’s core values and our unique concierge service that provides a very specific modified elimination diet and she delivered without question. Her cooking skills are on point unique and delicious.

Where to start…. Chef Dena is the best! We celebrated my mother’s 75th birthday. And surprised her with a dinner at home with a private chef prepared meal. She throughly enjoyed her day as you can tell by her smiles. We are overwhelmingly thankful to Chef Dena. Punctual, neat, efficient, kind, gracious, skilled, friendly, patient, and incredibly talented. Chef Dena is all of that and more! Our meal was tasty and beautifully plated. It was masterfully served by her staff, who were wonderful in their own rights. If you are looking for all the qualities that are mention in this review. Then you have to message Chef Dena and her crew today. We didn’t get what we paid, we got MORE!!! Thank you Chef Dena. Everything was fantastic!

Chef Dena came to our Airbnb to prepare a private meal for our sales team. She cooked on-site and prepared a wonderful meal of chicken and fish. Everything we had was delicious and the portions were plentiful. The presentation of the food was beautiful. I had excellent communication with Chef Dena throughout the process, she was very responsive to our questions and perks. After preparing and serving the meal, she and her staff left the kitchen spotless. I highly recommend her services, thanks for making our sales dinner special.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to cater to the specific needs of my customers. However I do have a standard dinner pricing. "One entrée two sides, salad and dinner and beverage "Bronze Full-Service Buffet Package" starting as low as $25.00pp with a party of 30 or more. Price is subject to change depending upon the entrée and service chosen.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process; 1st. I send out our menu and packages for your review. 2nd Schedule a free 30 min phone, zoom consultation or by email. 3rd. Next schedule a tasting if requested. Then I prepare and send out invoice with contract for deposit to secure your our services for your date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified in Food and safety for over 25yrs. I also hold certificates of completion for Nutrition in the following areas "Safe food preparation & handling", "The USDA food program and meal planning", Preventing Food Borne Illness", "Food Allergies in early care settings"
