- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can do flat rate pricing or by the hour. It is completely up the customer how they would like me to bid it. I want them to be as comfortable with the pricing of the repairs or installation as they possibly can. I never have hidden charges and the quality speaks for itself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like having a face to face visit just so both the customer and myself see if my services for them is a good fit. I always want the customer to be completely comfortable with me and I want them to know I will treat their home just like I do my own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years of HVAC Experience in Service, Install, and HVAC Sales. Both guys that work with me have over 20 years experience each. I also do general repairs of water heaters, electrical, appliances, and hvac. Ask me about any of the areas I listed and I'd be happy to help you with any problems.
