Scott Lindsay with Fix-It heating and Air was a wonderful choice in this industry when my air conditioner decided to stop working this past summer of 2016 and also recently in January 2017 when I noticed a couple different issues with my furnace. He was able to come out to my home for a service call the same day I contacted him. The price for this service call was very reasonable and he was able to diagnose the issues right away . The following day he came back out in the morning and had all the proper parts needed to replace my furnace blower fan. Scott was very professional, explained exactly what was going on with the furnace and even for no charge replaced my filters that I had recently bought to do myself at some point . I highly recommend Scott Lindsay if you need quick, detailed, and honest air conditioning or heater repair.

THE. BEST. PERIOD. I don't know what I would have done without Fix-It. Quite simply, they are life-savers. I recently purchased a HUD home. As is. Along with learning the AC was broken, I also discovered mold. Dealing with a mold issue and a partner with an auto immune disease is very scary. Given my fear and the fact that I am female, it would have been very easy to take advantage of me. When Fix-It came out to estimate the AC repair, I explained my situation. They recommended UV lights installed in the HVAC to eliminate spores and viruses from the air. Fix-It is solutions-oriented, extremely low-priced and above all, they treated me as a human being. I will be hiring them to handle my entire condo building's AC/HVAC repairs this spring. The BEST.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can do flat rate pricing or by the hour. It is completely up the customer how they would like me to bid it. I want them to be as comfortable with the pricing of the repairs or installation as they possibly can. I never have hidden charges and the quality speaks for itself.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like having a face to face visit just so both the customer and myself see if my services for them is a good fit. I always want the customer to be completely comfortable with me and I want them to know I will treat their home just like I do my own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years of HVAC Experience in Service, Install, and HVAC Sales. Both guys that work with me have over 20 years experience each. I also do general repairs of water heaters, electrical, appliances, and hvac. Ask me about any of the areas I listed and I'd be happy to help you with any problems.
