(That means, if you can't get out of the house or you've had a rough day and want me to come to you, I've got you, no problem.) Stephanie has been my hair artist for years and there is no one I would trust more. I tend to be indecisive on what I want to do, so I generally give her complete freedom and have never been disappointed. I’ve been dark, blonde, gray, red, rose gold, etc. She has made my hair completely healthy and manageable. My thick mop is a beast in of its own and she’s never once complained about any extra effort it takes to tame this mess. My appointments are filled with laughter and comfort. We always joke how my hair just decides to explode back to its natural thickness and how she once burned 115 calories simply by blow drying my hair. Trust her immensely.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is priced by consultation. It's not fair to have general pricing for everyone. A person with fine hair shouldn't pay the same as someone with thick hair, regardless if they receive the same service. All consultations are done via text/photo prior to any appointment set
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them first to better understand who they are and what they might want/need. More importantly, what they DONT want :) everyone has a horror story, and I like to know that first
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a national educator for L'Oreal Professionnel for 8 years before becoming a Director of Education for a hair brand in Atlanta. Education is EVERYTHING, I never stop learning the newest trends and techniques.
