- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $110. Per hour unless i am a provider for your insurance then benefits apply (co-pay, deductible). I am a provider for: Seton, Scott & white, cigna, aetna and CMS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat briefly on the phone to get a better sense of what the individual / couple is stuggling with to make sure we are a good fit. This is also when we discuss cost, checking if the sessions can be filed with the insurance company and scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed professional counselor since 1994. Ongoing yearly workshops: specific to working with both couples and individuals. Board Certified in Biofeedback Post masters in neurolinguistic programming (NLP).
