- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine over the phone if the issue is something that the client may be able to handle by simply flipping a breaker, schedule the call, diagnose the problem, fix the problem(with approval from the homeowner), test operation and close out the case. We will also offer recommendations on ways to get more life from your current a/c, save energy, breathe cleaner air and be more comfortable within your home.

100% of our lead technicians and lead installers are: EPA Certified (Environmental Protection Agency), NATE Certified (North American Technical Excellence)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of clients. Engineers typically love dealing with us because they ask hard technical questions to which we are able to answer.
