Franzen Construction did a variety of remodeling jobs for us including crack repairs, sheetrocking, texturing, painting, grout repair, brick repair, caulking, ceiling fan installation, and other jobs. Working with Jacque was great as we knew his schedule and all work was on time and on budget. I have hired him on multiple occasions and he has exceeded our expectations (which are high). When we built a new home, Jacque was a "go-to" for speciality projects for the builder. That speaks volumes.

Jacque Franzen did a fantastic job on the complete reconstruction of my home first floor after a water leak . He is very knowledgeable, capable and honest . He did an excellent job
