From the start of our program, Orville accessed my physical capabilities, posture, balance, and nutritional intake. Over the course of my program, he helped correct my posture, work around my patellar inflammation, lose weight, and modified my current eating habits— which hindered me the most. I will continue to keep going with OJ Fit because he is very in tune with his clients and very flexible. He actually had some of the cheapest prices in Boston but you get so much out of it! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer varying programs that last no less than 8 weeks. I do offer a two-part payment plan: 1st Payment: due first week. 2nd Payment: due 1 month from first payment. Pricing is based off number of sessions booked per week that has been implemented in your workout plan, including assessment fee of $150.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always start off by getting to know my clients, their habits, hobbies, lifestyle, etc. This will help me better get a sense of who they are and how I can better improve their health & lifestyle. Once I get a better understanding of who my client is I discuss certain plans that match with the desired goals they communicate with me. New clients always are required to provide a doctor's consent before stepping in the gym with me for training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am nationally and internationally recognized per my NASM certification. Over 5 years of professional experience with resistance training and fat loss.
