- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are a reflection my years of knowledge and expertise, coupled with the cost of using quality products and sanitizing each product to make sure you never get an infection from my tools. I’m sure there are artists that may provide services at a lower price point, but like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do a mini conversation/ consultation to ensure we have the same end-result in mind. I dig deep to find out what EXACTLY you’re looking to get from this service and then I try to deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA, a cosmetology license, and I’ve been trained by large house beauty brands like Urban Decay and MAC.
