- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I customize pricing to the event. I love to make my services work within my client's budget and look for ways to save them money over all to afford my packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone consultation, then an in person meeting. Review of Event Plan/ Details. Contract signing followed by planning! I have frequent meetings with my clients to ensure they are in the loop of the planning process. I provide timelines, and work with the vendors- negotiate contracts and pricing and provide budget updates monthly. l work with my clients very closely to ensure their comfort and satisfaction with my work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Real Life Training! I have no formal "training" but have been in the event planning industry for over 10 years. I have formal training in Marketing and Promotions which is an added value to my customers planning public events. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, which has given me the training I need to communicate with my customers and make them feel comfortable with my services.
