- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Puppy Obedience - $175 Basic Obedience - $300 (on leash) Advanced Obedience - $400 (off leash) We also take payments as we understand that no everyone can afford it all at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we do is a Canine Evaluation, which are free to our clients. We sit down with you and go over your needs and what you except to get out of the training. We go over all the paperwork and do a quick behavior test of your dog. From that point, should you choose to do you training with us, your trainer will walk you through every step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers have a variety of backgrounds to include Military Working Dogs, Police K9's and Petsmart training. One thing about our trainers is that even their training is always continuing. Our trainers are constantly attending more classes to stay up to date with the current industry standards.
